Our room rates start from £85 for a standard king double room, low season.
All our rates include a complimentary Continental style breakfast.

Terms and Conditions
- Special rates available on request for longer term visits.
- No deposits are required but the details of a credit/debit card which is valid until the time of departure are required to confirm bookings.
- Balances are payable by card at Treetops. Cash and cheques are not accepted.
- Check in is between 16:00 and 19:00. With our other guests in mind we reserve the right to refuse entry to Treetops after 19:00hrs unless check-in time has been agreed in advance.
- In the case of Loss Damage or Incontinence/Vomiting/Bleeding/Cosmetics stains Repair/Replacement or Extra Cleaning/Hygiene Treatment will be charged against your booking guarantee card account.
Cancellation Policy
We recognise that sometimes life brings sudden change of plans and should you have to cancel up to 31 days in advance of your stay there is no charge.
If the booking is cancelled 31 days or less before arrival date – then a charge equal to the first night’s stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled within 7 days before arrival date – then a charge equal to the full booking will be made.
We will gladly give you a full refund if we are able to re-let your room in full.
We recommend using travel insurance which covers cancellation charges.
